Rain Gage

This table contains information regarding properties of the rain gages defined in the project and the associated rainfall data. This information include the name, description, and location of the rain gages, format, time interval, and unit of the rainfall data, snow catch factor, type of the rainfall data (i.e., file or time series), and start date of the rainfall data. Refer to the section on Rain Gage editor for more information on these input data.

Field	Description
RAIN GAGE ID	Name assigned to the rain gage
Description	Description of the rain gage.
TAG	Tag, such as data category or class, assigned to the rain gage.
X-Coordinate	X-coordinate of the rain gage.
Y-Coordinate	Y-coordinate of the rain gage.
Rainfall Data Format	Format of the recorded rainfall, either INTENSITY, VOLUME or CUMULATIVE.
Rainfall Interval	Time interval between gage readings.
Snow Catch Correction Factor	Snow catch deficiency correction factor
Rainfall Data Type	Type of the rainfall data source, either FILE or TIME SERIES.
Rainfall Data File Path	Name of the rainfall data file. Required only if FILE is selected for DATA_TYPE.
Rainfall Station Number	Name of recording station used in the rain file. Required only if FILE is selected for DATA_TYPE.
Rainfall Data Unit	Rain depth units used in the rain file. Required only if FILE is selected for DATA_TYPE.
Rainfall Time Series ID	Name of the time series. Required only if TIME SERIES is selected for DATA_TYPE.
