Traversing the Network

The network can be traversed by using the <Tab> key starting from any selected link or node. Pressing <Shift>+<Tab> moves to the previous upstream object.

To find and select a specific Link or Node:

  1. Click View on the main menu
  2. Select Find to open the Go to window
  3. Enter the Object Name
  4. Select the applicable options (Object Type, Case Sensitive, Partial Names, etc.)
  5. Click Find Next

Alternatively users can press <CTRL>+F to open the Go to window. Once the window is open, follow steps 3 to 5, above. 

When the user clicks Find the requested object name is searched for. If the object is found, it is highlighted and displayed in the centre of the screen at the currently selected scale.
