Reindex Database

The Reindex Database command reconstructs internal database table indexes. This command is recommended when you use applications external to InfoSWMM (such as custom GIS or relational database programs) to populate and/or maintain InfoSWMM database tables.

Reindex means that data in the database is organized in such a fashion as to speed up data transfer.  It is prudent to use the Reindex feature after the Pack command.
