XYZS Files

InfoDrainage can import surface data from XYZS datasets.  

*.XYZ files are plain-text ASCII format files commonly used to store point coordinates data and may use different delimiter characters, including, tab, space, and semicolon, among others.  Each line or row corresponds to to a point data, and every number between two delimiter characters in a line corresponds to a coordinate (X, Y or Z) of a point feature. 

*.XYZS files can include breakline details after a further two delimiter characters as well as the X,Y and Z data.
