Innovyze Installers

Installers for your Innovyze product may be downloaded via the Innovyze support portal. When your registration to the support portal is approved, you should receive an email with login credentials.

To download InfoWorks WS Pro, log in to the support portal and click the Downloads & Documentation page, and then select the Water Distribution Modeling & Management option.

From there, select InfoWorks WS Pro:

On the InfoWorks WS Pro downloads page, click the InfoWorks WS Pro Workgroup Client to initiate the download. Once downloaded, run the install as you would for any other software, clicking through the prompts until it is finished.

Note: The InfoWorks WS Pro Software Download page provides access to download the latest version of the application, as well as access to legacy versions. Other documentation, such as What's New and Release Notes, are also found on the page. In the following image, the installer is for 2023.1, released in August 2022. You may find that you are able to access newer versions of the installer.

If you are working alone, we suggest downloading the InfoWorks WS Pro Workgroup Data Server and installing that locally. If your network administrator has a network database server for the team, download and install the Workgrounp Data Server on that server location.
